Horse No 2 MASK RIDER (K169) P N Wong Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
Horse No 3 MUST GO (J133) A Atzeni Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 5 MASTER CHAMPION (K266) H T Mo Near the 50 Metres was steadied when crowded by MASK RIDER which, after racing tight to the inside of MR ENERGIA (M F Poon), then shifted in and away from MR ENERGIA after being taken in by that runner.
M F Poon was advised to exercise more care.
Horse No 7 GAZELEY (K253) L Hewitson Jumped only fairly.
Horse No 9 MOJAVE DESERT (J330) K Teetan Near the 150 Metres was briefly held up behind SUPER FORTUNE.
Horse No 11 G LINER (H072) Y L Chung Jumped awkwardly.
Horse No 12 MR ENERGIA (J239) M F Poon Blundered on jumping and became unbalanced.
Horse No VICTORY MOMENTS (H142) E C W Wong Withdrawn on 19.4.25 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (skin disease) and replaced by Standby Declared Starter SUPER FORTUNE.
Before being allowed to race again, VICTORY MOMENTS will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Favourite Must Go travelled wide with cover from midfield and timed things perfectly to win a three-horse photo, making it three wins from his past four starts over the dirt 1,200m. He should hold his own up in grade off a light weight. Gummy Gummy did everything right but get the win after moving to the lead 150m out following a speed-tracking run. He's overdue for a win after placing in three straight dirt 1,200m runs. Dragon Air Force rocketed home late down the outside to make it very close on the wire after making his run at the rear from gate 11. He's racing very well on this surface. Mr Energia ran on well for fourth after a one-off trip from midfield. It was a better effort on his return to dirt at his second straight run in Class Three. Punted late Mojave Desert was caught behind the tiring leader Super Fortune after a rails run from midfield. He should have finished closer. Mask Rider wasn't beaten far in the end after chasing the speed three wide without cover from gate nine. He had an excuse.
