Localist candidate Edward Leung Tin-kei attempts to become Hong Kong’s youngest lawmaker

Edward Leung Tin-kei is no ordinary post-90s activist. He and his localism group, Hong Kong Indigenous, have been at the forefront of protests since the group was founded after the Occupy Central movement.
