Racing Incident Report
Race Seven: (497) - LAM TSUEN HANDICAP - Class 1 - 1200Meters
SUPER WEALTHY began awkwardly, resulting in its rider, B Shinn, becoming unbalanced.
LUCKY EXPRESS began only fairly.
SIGHT SUCCESS began awkwardly.
Passing the 850 Metres, TRILLION WIN was left racing wide and without cover.
DUKE WAI had some difficulty obtaining clear running in the early part of the Straight.
SUPER WEALTHY also had some difficulty obtaining clear running in the early part of the Straight.
Approaching the 200 Metres, HOT KING PRAWN was tightened for room inside LUCKY EXPRESS when SUPER WEALTHY shifted to the outside of MASTER EIGHT to obtain clear running.
COMPUTER PATCH lay in under pressure over the final 100 Metres.
After the race, Z Purton stated that, in his opinion, HOT KING PRAWN's run today was better than it may have appeared.
He said HOT KING PRAWN initially responded satisfactorily when placed under pressure in the early part of the Straight, however, over the concluding stages the horse was not able to finish the race off strongly when carrying top weight.
A veterinary inspection of HOT KING PRAWN immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

MASTER EIGHT, SIGHT SUCCESS and SUPER WEALTHY were sent for sampling.

Punted late Sight Success just held on for the win after hitting the front 200m out after straightening one off in second for a fourth win from nine starts. He's racing very well. Super Wealthy rallied nicely to make it close on the wire after making his run second last following a slow start. He continues his honest form. Favourite Master Eight came to win the race if good enough after a one-off run behind midfield but found a couple just too good in the end. Lucky Express ran on well from towards the rear and down the outside to just finish out of the placings. He's as honest as the day is long. Computer Patch finished well near the inside after a one-off run better than midfield. It was a positive run following a stable change. Trillion Win just plodded over the final 100m after getting posted wide without cover better than midfield the entire trip. He can be excused for the run. Voyage Warrior was on his tippy toes 100m out after finding the front from a wide draw. He's clearly beyond his better days. Duke Wai did get badly held up at a crucial stage following a rail run in midfield. Hot King Prawn produced a rare bad performance after biding his time towards the rear. He did have a big weight and wide draw.
