Hey there! Have you heard about the amazing Yayoi Kusama exhibition at M+? The colourful and immersive installations of the Japanese contemporary artist have been wowing audiences, and we want you to have the chance to see them for free!

Young Post is hosting a super fun drawing competition with the theme, “Draw an emotion you’ve felt recently. What does it look and feel like?” And hey, feel free to explain the inspiration and meaning behind your artwork in 150 words.

We think it’ll be a great way to get in touch with your emotions and express yourself creatively.

We believe that art has the power to evoke emotions and create connections, and that’s why M+ has teamed up with “Shall We Talk”, an initiative that encourages young people to speak openly about their mental well-being. The project is offering local tertiary students free access to the exhibition and various learning activities.

And now, Young Post wants to extend this offer to all our readers – if you’re a full-time student of any age, you’re eligible to participate, and 15 winners will each receive two tickets to Kusama’s exhibition.

The tickets are valid from May 1 to 14 (except on Mondays when the museum is closed). The deadline for your submissions is April 23.

But wait, there’s more! We’ll feature five of the best submissions in Young Post and publish all 15 winning submissions on our Instagram page. So not only will you get to see the exhibit for free, but you’ll also get a chance to show off your amazing artwork.

So grab your pencils, crayons or paints – whatever inspires you – and start creating! We can’t wait to see what you come up with and share it with the world.
