Chinese soldiers stationed in Hong Kong have issued an unprecedented warning to several hundred protesters who reportedly approached their garrison in Kowloon on October 6, 2019.
Tension was also high earlier in the day, when a taxi rammed into a crowd of protesters in Sham Shui Po.
The unrest on Sunday was the third straight day of defiance of a new ban on the wearing of face masks during public gatherings.
