Former Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte told his supporters not to “worry” and vowed to “continue to serve” his country in a video message shared on social media on March 12, 2025, before arriving in the Netherlands. Shortly after his arrival, the International Criminal Court (ICC) confirmed Duterte had surrendered to its custody.
