Race Four : (32) - TAI HANG HANDICAP - Class 5 - 1000Meters
Horse No 1 HAPPY TANGO (D075) K Teetan Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 2 FALCON COURT (J056) A Atzeni From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Horse No 3 GORGEOUS VITALITY (G051) L Hewitson Leaving the 600 Metres was momentarily crowded by REGENCY HAPPY STAR which shifted in slightly.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 4 PARENTS' LOVE (H405) Z Purton Bumped on the hindquarters shortly after the start.
After the 300 Metres was taken in by PLENTIFUL as PARENTS' LOVE endeavoured to obtain clear running to the inside of PLENTIFUL.
For a short distance after the 250 Metres then raced tight to the inside of PLENTIFUL.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 5 ACE TALENT (H046) H Bowman Raced wide and without cover in the early and middle stages.
Horse No 7 PLENTIFUL (G400) K C Leung After the event, K C Leung reported that his mount travelled satisfactorily in the lead until the 200 Metres where it commenced to give ground.
He added PLENTIFUL would derive benefit from tonight's performance.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 8 PHILOS (H371) Y L Chung Jumped awkwardly, made contact with MAGIC TRAVELLER and became unbalanced.
After the event, Y L Chung stated that as a result of his mount jumping awkwardly and making contact with MAGIC TRAVELLER, he elected to shift PHILOS across behind runners in the early stages.
Horse No 9 GOODMANSHIP (E208) L Ferraris After the event, L Ferraris reported that his instructions were to endeavour to hold a more forward position, but despite riding his mount along in the early stages it did not show sufficient pace to do so.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 10 DOUBLE SHOW (G250) M Chadwick Shortly after the start was steadied when crowded between PARENTS' LOVE which was taken in slightly by GOODMANSHIP and REGENCY HAPPY STAR which was taken out by PLENTIFUL when PLENTIFUL shifted out before being corrected by its rider.

Happy Tango just got up by a bob of the heads to deny Parents' Love after chasing the leader one off the fence from gate eight. Favourite Parents' Love was collared in the last stride after working to the lead 200m out. He produced his best effort. Ace Talent stayed on a close third after a prominent run wide and without cover from gate nine. It was a solid effort off a 189-day break. Magic Traveller ran on steadily from midfield to finish fourth without threatening the top three. It was his best run to date from 11 starts following a gear change. Diamond Soars kept up an even gallop after a handy run along the fence. He should come on for the run. Gorgeous Vitality ran on without threatening after making his run five back along the inside as one of the favourites. He disappointed yet again despite a downgrade. Plentiful was on his tippy toes 100m out after roaring to the lead from gate two. He just doesn't have the will to compete. Double Show was doing his best work late after making his run two from the rear with bags of money for him late in betting.
