Horse No 1 SIXTH GENERATION (G120) C Y Ho Jumped only fairly and was crowded shortly after the start.
Horse No 2 DARING PURSUIT (G424) H Bowman Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 3 FIGHTING MACHINE (J015) Z Purton Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 4 SETANTA (G095) L Ferraris Raced wide and without cover until near the 800 Metres.
Horse No 5 TURIN WARRIOR (G150) K Teetan From after the 700 Metres was left racing wide and without cover.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 7 KASA PAPA (G312) B Avdulla In the early stages when being shifted across behind runners got its head up when positioned close to TOGEPI.
Over the concluding stages lay in and approaching the winning post was corrected by its rider B Avdulla.
Horse No 8 SIGHT SUPREME (J258) A Hamelin A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Horse No 11 HARRY'S HERO (H332) B Thompson Bumped at the start.
In the early stages raced keenly and for some distance approaching the 1400 Metres got its head up when being steadied away from CAN'T GO WONG.
Leaving the 1300 Metres made contact with the running rail when racing tight to the inside of TURIN WARRIOR.

In a race run to suit those up front, Daring Pursuit kept finding after moving to the lead 250m out for a first win at his fifth start this term. The switch in courses worked the oracle after knocking on the door at Sha Tin. Punted late, Can't Go Wong had his chance but found one too good after a box-seat run. He has continued to finish in the mix in his past five starts following a win. Favourite Fighting Machine stayed on a distant third after a prominent run one off the fence. He isn't far off another winning run. Super Eagle held on well for fourth after setting slow fractions in front from gate six. It was a pleasing effort in a rare Valley mile start. Harry's Hero just plodded after settling on the rail. He had every chance but is limited. Kasa Papa was best of those to emerge from the back after making his run two from the rear from gate 11. He rarely produces a bad run but has trouble winning. Setanta ran on without threatening after getting posted wide without cover from behind midfield until slotting one off the fence 700m out. He had clear excuses in a leader friendly race.
