TROUBLE IN RUNNING

VIVA HUNTER (E369) brushed near the 250M - Race 613.

PANDA LEGEND (H002) was withdrawn on the day before raceday by order of the Stewards on vet advice (swollen left front leg) . Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 602.

G LINER (H072) near the 200M rider dropped his right rein for a number of strides. Near the 150M was bumped - Race 602.

MISSION BRAVO (E383) when questioned, rider stated that his mount was reluctant to jump from the starting gates and as a result missed the start. He said after settling back in the field, he was obliged to make use of his mount throughout the early and middle stages to hold his position. He added although his mount raced tight near the 200M, it finished the race off in a disappointing manner. Assistant Trainer advised that the horse had pleased the stable coming into the event and that the stable was not able to offer any reason as to why the horse was slow to begin at its recent race starts. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. Barrier manners and performance was considered unacceptable. Has since performed satisfactorily in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam which must include additional diagnostic assessments - Race 557.

FAST VICTORY (H393) held up for clear running from the 300M until approaching the 200M - Race 602.

TRIUMPHANT WARRIOR (H430) raced keenly in the middle stages and near the 700M was shifted out and then raced wide and without cover thereafter - Race 557.

LUCKY BANNER (G354) post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 603.

FOREVER FOLKS (G463) taken wider near the 800M. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 604.

MAYHEM (H226) approaching the 200M was bumped and became unbalanced, resulted in its rider having to stop riding and straighten his mount. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event - Race 602.

GO HERO (H315) after the race, rider reported that when giving ground in the Home Straight he had some concerns with his mount's action and it made an abnormal breathing noise towards the finish of the event. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 559.
