Horse No 1 SUNNY BABY (E166) Z Purton Bumped shortly after the start.
Near the 300 Metres was bumped.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 2 DIAMOND WINNER (H285) L Currie From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Horse No 3 TRAVEL GUIDE (H182) L Ferraris Crowded shortly after the start.
Horse No 5 COLOURFUL BARON (G301) A Badel Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
Horse No 6 HAPPY HERO (G322) L Hewitson Jumped awkwardly.
Passing the 300 Metres endeavoured to secure clear running to the outside of FORTUNE TRIPLE, however, was prevented from doing so by SUNNY BABY, resulting in HAPPY HERO making contact with SUNNY BABY and being disappointed for clear running.
Near the 250 Metres was then shifted to the inside of FORTUNE TRIPLE to secure clear running.
Near the 150 Metres was inconvenienced when racing in restricted room to the inside of FORTUNE TRIPLE which shifted in slightly.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 7 TURTLE AGAIN (H083) K C Leung Jumped awkwardly, shifted in behind SUPER BUDDY and blundered and as a result lost ground.
Horse No 8 FORTUNE TRIPLE (D274) K Teetan Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 10 SUPER BUDDY (E205) H T Mo A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 11 MIGHTY STAR (G117) Y L Chung Approaching the 500 Metres was steadied when momentarily crowded by JOYFUL CHAMPION which, after racing tight to the inside of COLOURFUL BARON (A Badel), shifted in slightly away from that runner.
A Badel was advised to exercise more care.
Near the 50 Metres was steadied when crowded between LOYAL AMBITION and JOYFUL CHAMPION (B Avdulla) which shifted out.
B Avdulla was reprimanded.

Fortune Triple sustained his move with 500m remaining to find the front in the latter stages and outstay Sunny Baby. He built on his eye-catching Happy Valley 1,650m third first up this season to post his third win from 33 starts. Well-backed Sunny Baby received a patient Zac Purton ride three from the rear before closing with every stride down the outside to just miss. He has very honest form in this grade. Turtle Again clipped heels in the early stages before coming from last to fill a placing. He has raced well without winning on his four outings this term. Colourful Baron rushed forward mid-race to sit deep without cover, hit the lead 200m out and stuck on gamely for fourth. It was a big run in defeat. Joyful Champion just missed the frame after landing one out, out back from gate 10. It was not a bad run following back-to-back Sha Tin seconds. Favourite Happy Hero ran on from worse than midfield without threatening the placegetters. He could not cope carrying seven pounds more over a longer distance following his last-start mile victory. Mighty Star plodded after his handy run along the fence.
