Racing Incident Report
Race Seven: (80) - SEA EAGLE HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1400Meters
LESLIE was slow to begin.
ALL IS GOOD shifted out at the start and inconvenienced SPARKY STAR.
SO YOU TRUST shifted out on jumping and bumped WIDE BLUE YONDER.
From wide barriers, DRAGON PRIDE, RED IMPACT and HK DRAGON were all shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Passing the 1300 Metres, SUPER RED DRAGON was shifted out away from the heels of INDIGENOUS REALM which was taken out by STAND UP.
STAND UP travelled keenly approaching and passing the 1200 Metres when being steadied to obtain cover.
Then near the 950 Metres, STAND UP was awkwardly placed close to the heels of WIDE BLUE YONDER when being crossed by that horse.
After the 700 Metres, SO YOU TRUST was awkwardly placed close to the heels of INDIGENOUS REALM.
Approaching the 600 Metres, INDIGENOUS REALM and HK DRAGON raced tight as HK DRAGON improved around INDIGENOUS REALM which attempted to shift to the outside of STAND UP.
Rounding the Home Turn, DRAGON PRIDE was shifted out away from the heels of HK DRAGON which made the turn awkwardly after being directed out away from the heels of STAND UP which was racing tight outside LESLIE.
After the 300 Metres, SPARKY STAR was shifted to the inside of WIDE BLUE YONDER and FIRE BALL to obtain clear running.
Then approaching the 100 Metres, SPARKY STAR raced tight inside FIRE BALL.
LET'S DO IT travelled wide and without cover throughout.
A veterinary inspection of HK DRAGON immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
ALL IS GOOD, FIRE BALL and WIDE BLUE YONDER were sent for sampling.

Well-backed Fire Ball just got the better of Wide Blue Yonder after a prominent run for a third career win and first at Sha Tin from 28 starts. He was able to build on a front-running sixth last month. Wide Blue Yonder stayed on gamely after a pace-stalking run. It was another honest performance. Super Red Dragon finished nicely to take third travelling one-off behind midfield. He's racing well over this trip without winning. Favourite All Is Good knocked up late after straightening two lengths on top leading from gate five. He keeps promising without delivering. Let's Do It kept on reasonably well after chasing the speed wide without cover. He's clearly got the tools to get away with a race shortly in this grade. Sparky Star came up one-paced over the last 100m after settling midfield on the fence. He's usually around the mark. Early favourite Indigenous Realm just held his ground after a wide with cover trip in midfield. Leslie weakened after a one-out, oneback run. The step up to 1,400m first-up this term didn't pan out. HK Dragon never got into the act settling towards the rear from a wide draw with late-market support.
