Racing Incident Report
Race Ten: (64) - TIANJIN HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1400Meters
BILLIONAIRE SECRET began only fairly.
AMAZING ONE PLUS began awkwardly and then shortly after the start shifted in towards the heels of CHEVALIER PRINCE which was bumped by LUCKY GOLD on jumping.
From wide barriers, DRAGON DELIGHT, ROYAL BOMB and MALDIVES were shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
HORSESAIN BOLT was also steadied in the early stages to obtain cover.
After being ridden along in the early stages to obtain a forward position from wide barriers, both ALL RICHES (M Chadwick) and MASSIVE ACTION travelled keenly and proved difficult to settle after the 1100 Metres.
After the race, M Chadwick stated that because of the manner in which ALL RICHES over-raced in the middle stages, the horse was then not able to finish the race off in the Straight.
A veterinary inspection of ALL RICHES immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Passing the 1250 Metres, CHEVALIER PRINCE was steadied away from the heels of CIRCUIT STELLAR (Apprentice Y L Chung) which shifted in when not quite clear.
Apprentice Chung was advised to exercise more care in similar circumstances.
Near the 650 Metres, CIRCUIT STELLAR raced tight outside TEMPEST EXPRESS which improved into tight running outside PARTERRE.
Near the 350 Metres, CIRCUIT STELLAR and TEMPEST EXPRESS raced tight as TEMPEST EXPRESS shifted to the outside of AMAZING VICTORY to obtain clear running.
After the 300 Metres, MALDIVES was shifted out a number of horses to obtain clear running.
Over the concluding stages, CIRCUIT STELLAR raced tight between HORSESAIN BOLT and TEMPEST EXPRESS which shifted out.
TEMPEST EXPRESS was then corrected by its rider close to the finishing line.
A veterinary inspection of CHEVALIER PRINCE immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of mucus in the horse's trachea.
AMAZING VICTORY and HORSESAIN BOLT were sent for sampling.

Racing Laboratory tests of SUNNY DELIGHT, YEE CHEONG WARRIOR, CHARIZARD, JUMBO FORTUNE, TELECOM FIGHTERS, RISE BRETHREN, PRETTY QUEEN PRAWN, LUCKY GOR, CIRCUIT ELITE, LOYAL AMBITION, FORTUNE HERO, ISLAND SURPRISE, STORM LEGEND, THE ANOMALY, PACKING FAMOUS, SUPER MISSION, STREET SCREAM, DROPS OF GOD, DURHAM STAR and GANG OF BROTHERS (21.9.22) proved negative.

Amazing Victory edged clear after hitting the front 300m out travelling one-off in fourth to remain perfect in two outings this term despite a rise in class. He has the tools to win again in the grade. Horsesain Bolt ran on nicely down the outside after travelling five back and one off the fence to snatch second close to home. He's ultra-consistent without winning. Early favourite Tempest Express stayed on reasonably well after a one-off trip in midfield to just miss the quinella spot. He was able to back up a runner-up spot on opening day. Circuit Stellar plugged on well after a wide trip in midfield to edge Parterre for fourth. He's honest as the day is long. Parterre stayed on all right after a rails run better than midfield. It was an encouraging run off a 265-day break. Lucky Gold kept on one-paced after a box-seat run. He's better suited down in Class Four. All Riches was on his tippy toes 100m out after finding the lead from gate 11. He wasn't able to cope first time in Class Three after ending last season with two wins. Maldives ran on without menacing ridden cold from gate 14. Things just didn't pan out.
