

Inspiration Lake – A day in wonderland
How to get there:
It’s a 15-minute walk from Sunny Bay station, or you can take the R8 circular line to the Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre.
What to do:
- Cruise along the water in a pedal-boats (2-seater: HK$70/hr; 4-seater: HK$85/hr)
- Explore the Arboretum for a taste of nature
- Ride around on a surrey bike (one of those cool four-wheel bicycle carts) (single bench for 3 people: HK$100/hr; double benches for 6 people: $120/hr)

It can be crowded as it’s a tourist spot.

Tamar Park – Embraced by Victoria Harbour
How to get there:
Just a five-minute walk from Exit A of Admiralty Station
What to do:
- Take a stroll through their Landscaped Garden and Floating Platform.
- Have afternoon tea at iBakery Gallery Café (Tamar Café). Approximately HK$50-HK$100 per person

Jordan Valley Park – Let the games begin
How to get there:
Take bus 26 from Tsim Sha Shui station, and get off at Sun Lee Fire station, then walk towards New Clear Water Bay Road to Jordan Valley Park.
What to do:
- Race some RC cars
- Visit green houses
- Jog
- Work out
Facilities:

Victoria Peak Garden – A trip back to colonial days
How to get there:
Take the bus to the Peak and walk 20 minutes along Mount Austin Road near the Peak Galleria.
What to do:
- Do a loop of the Hong Kong Trail (less than 1 hour)
- Visit Pok Fu Lam Country Park

West Kowloon District Nursery Park – A picnic in nature
How to get there:
A 5-minute walk from Kowloon Station exit E.
What to do:
- There will be a Nursery Park Tree Tour on Saturday July 30 at 4pm, followed by a workshop where you can do arts and crafts and pot some plants
- Frolic with your furry friend – the park is pet friendly!
Facilities:
- Food kiosk
- 20 minutes free WiFi
- Central lawn
- Sunset lawn
- Pet zone with pet waste bins and a water tap
Reminder:
- The tour and workshops are free, but it is first-come, first-served. Please register at westkowloon.hk/en/treetour
- The washrooms are located near the entrances only, which may take time to walk if you settle far from them
- The waterfront promenade is closed due to Art Park, but other sections will remain open
- Air quality is a little dusty because of nearby construction.
