The martial arts battles of the hugely popular Tekken video game return to the small screen in Tekken Blood Vengeance 3D. Fans can now see their favourite 3D fighting game in movie format thanks to Digital Frontier, the animation studio that created the full-motion sequences for Tekken 5 and Tekken 6.

The movie is directed by Youchi Mori (Appleseed) and follows Ling Xiaoyu as she tries to uncover the secrets of the G Corporation and rival company Mishima Zaibatsu.

The movie is a story-driven martial arts spectacular that would make Jet Li green with envy. Tekken lovers will be pleased to see the Williams sisters going at each other and witness an amazing three-way battle within the Mishima family. Yes, it's all about sibling rivalry and father-son feuds.

There's a regular DVD version, but hardcore fans will want the special Blu-ray edition that includes a PS3 exclusive Tekken Tag Tournament HD video game and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Prologue, a demo of the soon-to-be-released new game.

There is also a book containing art from Tekken, production stills from the movie, character renderings and more. On top of that, there are two CDs of tracks from Tekken Tag HD and Tekken Tag 2. PS3 gamers also get access to Tekken-themed costumes and accessories for their PSN Home avatar.

Clearly this is the moment to go shopping before they all sell out.
