Cristiano Ronaldo says his fierce rivalry with Lionel Messi provides all the motivation he needs to keep striving for even more success – but he himself is the best player in the world.

Ronaldo has a new movie about himself out this month, and has been doing interviews to promote it.

He told the BBC he had reached an "unbelievable" level where it’s “not easy to improve” – but still wants to play on for five or six more seasons.

“To improve more it's very tough. I just want to maintain because this is I think the most difficult part for a football player," he said.
