TROUBLE IN RUNNING

KING OF SELECTION (K397) on jumping was crowded. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 413.

HARMONY GALAXY (J266) near the 300M shifted out and bumped a runner - Race 427.

FORTUNE STAR (K003) making the first turn near the 1400M was steadied when briefly crowded - Race 471.

THE AZURE (J227) when questioned rider stated that his mount jumped only fairly and then shortly after was checked when crowded which resulted in his mount settling back in the field. He said making the Home Turn he was reluctant to make a wide run as he felt it would be difficult to make up ground due to the early and middle stages being run inside of standard time. He said as a result he elected to remain racing behind a runner and to shift to that runner's inside where it obtained clear running approaching the 300M. He added in the Home Straight his mount lay in and near the 150M became awkwardly placed close to a runner when that runner shifted out slightly. He said after improving to the outside of that runner leaving the 50M he was obliged to steady and shift to the outside of another runner when that runner commenced to give ground. Finished 7th and rider was nonetheless reminded of his obligation to ensure that he fully rides his mounts out to the finish of the race - Race 389.

STAR ELEGANCE (K536) raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. Rider reported that he was instructed to go forward with the horse stepping up in distance and that it races in a one-paced manner. Trainer confirmed the instructions issued. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 360.

WINNING DATA (H230) raced keenly in the middle stages and near the 850M was steadied - Race 402.

WAVE GARDEN (K209) was fractious in the barriers and broke through prior to the start, however, was quickly restrained, examined by the vet and passed suitable to race. Jumped awkwardly. Lay in in the Home Straight. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. The next day was reported to be lame in its left front leg. Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 427.

DIRIYA (K282) near the 150M got unbalanced after being bumped - Race 431.

BLOSSOMY (L037) on jumping bumped with a runner. Approaching the 500M shifted out and bumped a runner. From the 500M was unable to improve its position when held up for clear running in the early part of the Home Straight and continued to have difficulty gaining clear running thereafter until near the 100M - Race 418.

FORTUNE SUPERNOVA (K287) near the 1100M made contact with a runner. Rider stated that his momentum was impeded on the Home Turn when held up behind a runner. He added that in the Home Straight once in clear running his mount finished the race off only fairly. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 469.
