Recap by phillip woo
Toronado Phantom split runners 50m out to nab Trillion Win in the final few strides from near last for fifth career win from 18 starts. It was his best run in the grade but he was better for three trials in Conghua. Trillion Win wouldn't go down without a fight after getting pressured for the lead by favourite Beauty Tycoon. It was a better run reunited with his favourite rider. Rock Ya Heart finished a close third after a prominent run on the fence. He's as honest as the day is long. Winning Method ran on late for fourth after making his run two from the rear. He rarely produces a bad run. Beauty Tycoon was yielding ground over the last 100m after giving the leader no favours. He found things harder in a higher grade with a return to Sha Tin following back-to-back wins at the Valley. Power Koepp was strung up in traffic for most the straight travelling behind midfield on the fence. He should have finished closer. Eason had his chance after a one-out, oneback run. Prefer him in Class Three and at the Valley. Oriental Smoke never got involved from the rear. He's likely on his mark.
