As Hong Kong basks in the glory of its first gold of the Games – meaning the city has won a medal in consecutive Olympics for the first time – attention turns to who might be next.

Long before Vivian Kong Man-wai’s historic achievement, Sunday had been ringed in the diary as the first appearance of potentially the city’s strongest podium hope, Siobhan Haughey.

Day two, then, promises to be just as intriguing as the one before. Here are some of the highlights to look out for on Sunday, with all times in Hong Kong time.
