Filipino-American Buntan, 23, made a huge splash on her ONE debut with a unanimous decision in their strawweight Muay Thai bout, knocking the Thai prodigy down with a huge left hook in the first round.
Wondergirl – who shot to prominence in the promotion with two quick TKOs last summer – managed to answer the count and finish the fight but looked dazed and tentative in rounds two and three.
“Thank you for the all kindness messages and all your supporting in my DM last night,” she wrote in an Instagram post on Saturday. “I can’t see probably (sic) and got dizzy last night. Sorry for didn’t reply it all.
“After the knock down I saw double vision and got 2 broken face bones, I tried my best to continue the fight till the last round. Sorry for disappointed you guys.”
