The BOC Life Hong Kong Premier League title race will come down to the final round on Sunday as the top two, Kitchee and Lee Man, meet in a winner-takes-all clash.

Kitchee, the leaders, have the chance to take their third Premier League title in a row, while Lee Man, who are two points behind them, are chasing their first ever.

Only a win will suffice for Lee Man at a sold-out Mong Kok Stadium, but a draw will be enough to see hosts Kitchee crowned league champions again. However, Kitchee lost away to Lee Man in October.

“We all know this is an important match, but Kitchee have gone through many important matches over the years,” head coach Alex Chu Chi-kwong said. “We will try to put pressure on them as usual, but the tactics will change according to the situation on the pitch.

“Both teams know each other well and things will change over the 90 minutes. We hope we can bring the fans a good match to end the league season.”
