Liverpool came out the winners of an all-English Premier League match to decide the Uefa Champions League and Reds fans have lauded the six-time European champions.

Manager Jurgen Klopp has come in for praise after guiding the team to two finals in a row.

The German took over three years ago and ended a 15-year wait for a Uefa Champions League final last season.

Liverpool’s full back Trent Alexander-Arnold was praised by Uefa as “living the dream”.

The 20-year-old has appeared in back to back finals and now has his first winner’s medal.

The Scottish FA were quick to congratulate their captain Andy Robertson.
