The fine-dining restaurant is sectioned into five areas, including The Verandah at the entrance, the dining room and VIP room called The Library. At the back, The Penthouse Kitchen is where breakfast is served, and also doubles as the chef’s table.
On the menu are dishes that showcase quality ingredients.Standouts are the Tasmanian trout and slow-cooked wagyu beef short rib. It’s hard to resist the signature warm Amedei chocolate cake with salted caramel ice cream. There is an extensive wine and drinks list with 10 versions of the Bloody Mary.
