People on the Military Diet are supposed to lose up to 4.5kg in a week, by limiting their energy intake to between 1,100 and 1,400 calories a day for three days each week. Nutritionists caution against adopting the diet, for a number of reasons. This is what you are limited to eating on the three days you're dieting.
