The chubby, friendly-looking Winnie the Pooh has been banned on Chinese social media again -- because netizens are using the cartoon character to discuss President Xi Jinping.

Winnie the Pooh has long been a political meme in China, but the latest wave came after news of the removal of term limits for the president and vice-president -- allowing Xi to remain as leader.
