Imperial Treasure restaurant: a trove of Cantonese classics on Peking Road
- The Michelin-starred eatery serves roast boneless suckling pig and braised Wagyu beef cheek
Finding success first in Singapore and then Shanghai, Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese Cuisine came to Hong Kong to stretch its wings; it turns out that wing span is wide.
With a Michelin star and a second location in Causeway Bay, it seems this fine dining establishment has no intention of slowing down – the group has officially announced the launch of a restaurant in London. Beautiful harbour views surround the Tsim Sha Tsui branch, where the modern, tasteful decor adds to the ambience.
The food is delightful too: sink your chopsticks into the roasted boneless suckling pig served with glutinous rice. Another signature is braised Wagyu beef cheek with brown sauce, which goes well with rice.
