Celebrating the 40th edition of the “Hong Kong International Jewellery Show” and 10th edition of the “Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem and Pearl Show”, the twin jewellery shows welcome buyers and visitors from around the world under the theme “Be Part of the Splendid Legacy”.

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) organises both trade exhibitions. The Jewellery Show, running from February 29 to March 4, is a colossal showcase of finished jewellery at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). The Diamond, Gem and Pearl Show, from February 27 to March 2, is a vibrant marketplace, hosting companies offering loose precious raw materials and related products and services at the AsiaWorld-Expo. This setup facilitates efficient sourcing by categorising exhibitor offerings.

Of the 4,000+ exhibitors, nearly 60 percent are non-local jewellers, gemstone specialists, and suppliers of related products, equipment, and services, underscoring the global significance of these twin shows.

Sophia Chong, Deputy Executive Director of HKTDC, has announced plans to organise up to 100 buyer groups from 60 countries and regions to stimulate on-site purchases further.

The buoyant jewellery market is evident at the shows, with 36 national/regional and industry pavilions, thanks to support from global industry associations. For the first time, Malaysian companies are participating as a group. The pavilions include those from Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, Türkiye, South Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, India, Israel, Germany, Italy, Belgium, South Africa, Colombia, and Brazil.
