Dive into the burgeoning world of Asian wines with Man Wah’s new set-dinner menu. Comprising seven courses created by chef Wong Wing-keung, its highlights include steamed lobster with glass noodles and black garlic and wok-fried grouper fillet with red vinasse sauce, paired with critically acclaimed wines from producers such as Goichi from Nagano, Japan, and Kanaan from Ningxia, China. Thirsty diners can also opt for a tasting flight of three varieties of baijiu.

Sup along to your favourite sounds at the Cordis Hong Kong’s cocktail bar as it launches a new menu loosely inspired by retro DJ culture. Twelve cocktails, their ingredients printed onto upcycled vinyl records, include Not Important Lemon Fizz, which pays homage to cha chaan teng diners, and the Motown-worthy Soul Blossoming, with Two Moons Signature Dry Gin and a 12-herb extract featuring local ingredients.
