People are worried about how much caffeine is in energy drinks. Many doctors and parents believe kids should not be allowed to buy these, just like alcohol and cigarettes.

In the US and the UK, there are no rules on who can buy energy drinks.

One serving of an energy drink can have the same amount of caffeine as six Coca-Cola cans. These can speed up your heart rate, cause headaches and upset your stomach. It can also make you feel stressed.
