The 88th Street flat is on the market right now for US$29 million, down by a cool US$4 million, after first being listed at US$33 million last year, states the New York Post.

The flat is located at 180 E 88th Street, just a few blocks away from Central Park, in the Carnegie Hill section of the Upper East Side. It spans an impressive 5,500 sq ft, with an additional 3,500 sq ft of outdoor space over three levels, states New York Post.
