The 88th Street flat is on the market right now for US$29 million, down by a cool US$4 million, after first being listed at US$33 million last year, states the New York Post.

Located in the heart of Manhattan, the three-story flat is at the top of the tallest tower north of 72nd Street on the East Side, according to the listing on StreetEasy. The flat is located at 180 E 88th Street, just a few blocks away from Central Park, in the Carnegie Hill section of the Upper East Side. It spans an impressive 5,500 sq ft, with an additional 3,500 sq ft of outdoor space over three levels, states New York Post.
