She landed her first modelling gig at age 16, a Levi’s commercial. In a 2019 video on her YouTube channel, she recounted how she proactively sought out fashion brands and shops in the yellow pages and “wrote probably 20, upwards of 30 letters”.
Initially, she was offered a week’s work at a modelling agency. Later, a new booker at the agency recognised her potential and requested to take some Polaroid photos, per The List.
