Days after her aristocrat ex Peregrine Pearson was seen kissing Joe Jonas’ former wife Sophie Turner, the 27-year-old has landed at the top of the British title’s “Little Black Book” list as the most eligible single of 2023.

While she seems to be enjoying her new life as a bachelorette, she’s also been seen out and about with some new prospects. Just last week, the princess was spotted leaving her home in London with TikTok chef Thomas Straker, according to British media, sparking rumours of a potential romance between the two.

Princess Maria-Olympia is the firstborn child and only daughter of Pavlos, Crown Prince of Greece, and Marie-Chantal, Crown Princess of Greece. She has four younger brothers: Prince Constantine-Alexios, Prince Achileas-Andreas, Prince Odysseas-Kimon and Prince Aristidis-Stavros. Her mother, Marie-Chantal, is the daughter of DFS (Duty Free Shops) billionaire Robert Warren Miller, and was raised in Hong Kong.

The model and socialite is a member of the non-reigning Greek royal family and is also King Charles’ goddaughter.

She studied fashion at NYU and interned at Christian Dior Couture

Maria-Olympia reportedly took a keen interest in fashion from a young age. In 2019, she graduated from New York University after studying fashion, business and marketing, according to Harper’s Bazaar.
