K-pop star Seolhyun reveals how she stays in best shape

Chicken breast, sweet potatoes, eggs, Greek yogurt and nuts are on AOA star’s diet
Seolhyun, a member of K-pop girl band AOA, has revealed her fitness secret on South Korean network JTBC’s show Knowing Bros.
Appearing on Saturday’s episode with colleague Jimin and comedian Kim Shin-young, Seolhyun, who is known for her lithe figure, said she is motivated by her photos.
Seolhyun said AOA members follow healthy meal plans rather than slavishly dieting to extremes. Seolhyun’s meal plan, which is known as the most “extreme”, includes chicken breast, sweet potatoes, eggs, Greek yogurt and nuts.
AOA released its fifth mini-album “Bingle Bangle” on May 28. It is its first single without vocalist ChoA, who left last year because of depression.
