With about 300 million practitioners worldwide, it’s safe to say the yoga craze isn’t going anywhere.
Yogis around the world practice yoga for a variety of reasons; to improve their health, change their fitness routine, help reduce stress, find mental clarity and also to ease aches and pains.
There is also a great social aspect to practising at a studio with like-minded yogis.
Yoga’s increasing popularity has seen the introduction of less traditional practices, such as beer yoga, goat yoga and trap and flow to name just a few.
While the types of yoga are continuing to diversify, the one thing that remains consistent is that you need only need a few simple tools to have an effective practice.
