The group, formed by Big Hit Entertainment in 2013, has enjoyed a hugely successful past 12 months – twice topping the American Billboard album chart – and playing to sold-out concerts during the North American part of its world tour.
Last month the group released its second film offering, Love Yourself in Seoul, at cinemas in the South Korea capital, Seoul, which shows footage of the boy band from one of its “World Tour: Love Yourself” concerts.
The film, which attracted the country’s second-biggest ever film opening weekend, followed the November worldwide release of another film, showing behind-the-scenes footage of the band and also scenes of the group in concert, Burn the Stage: The Movie.
This film has been seen by more than 2 million people.

Impressive early dance ‘moves’
The rapper, dancer and songwriter showed his talent as a dancer long before joining BTS.
He was a member of the underground dance group, Neuron, and also took regular dance classes at the the Gwangju Music Academy.
