Nealy Fischer understands more than anyone the demands of juggling a busy life. As a wife, mother of four, home chef, yoga teacher, world traveler, and wellness entrepreneur, her mission is to help people around the world to live their most vibrant lives. Her journey in the health and wellness industry began more than three decades ago when she first learned to cook in her mother’s kitchen. She has since designed and led immersive cooking events, sold-out yoga retreats, and women’s wellness empowerment programs with renowned health professionals. However, Nealy didn’t always live such a balanced lifestyle herself. Nealy admits she was put on her first diet at age 11, which sparked her constant battle experimenting with every fad diet on the market. As a recovering perfectionist, she now applies her secret ingredient, flexibility, to help make each day less harried and more fulfilling. In 2015, Nealy founded The Flexible Chef, a food, wellness, and lifestyle brand that inspires people to thrive despite the pulls of modern-day chaos. Her teaching promotes a simpler, fuss-free method to cook and live for ultimate satisfaction. Nealy is now sharing her best-kept cooking secrets and recipes in her upcoming cookbook, Food You Want For The Life You Crave, launching on April 30, 2019. In between Nealy’s entrepreneurial adventures, she grocery shops and cooks dinner every night for her husband, four children, their puppy, and often a handful of surprise guests. She splits her time between Montana, Hong Kong, and Israel.
