Virgil Abloh designs Champagne bottle for Moët & Chandon
A 750ml ‘ready-to-wear’ version of the Moët Nectar Impérial Rosé Champagne will be available in mid-October
Since taking over the creative directorship of Louis Vuitton’s menswear, Virgil Abloh, architecture-graduate-turned fashion designer, has created more than 100 looks for LVMH’s flagship brand on top of managing his own streetwear brand, Off-White.
In June, he revealed a cult collaboration with Rimowa, LVMH’s newest acquisition under the French family’s younger son, Alexandre Arnault. He created a bottle design for Moët & Chandon’s Moët Nectar Impérial Rosé Champagne. The Champagne brand also belongs to LVMH.
The limited-edition bottle comes in two sizes: a 750ml “ready-to-wear” version for the public, and a three-litre version exclusive to Abloh’s family and friends. The Champagne will be available in the middle of this month.
