Art Basel 2018: How many ways can a Lady Dior bag be recreated?

Different artists interpret the classic Lady Dior bag in their own way, and their masterpieces are on display

The Lady Dior bag was created in 1995, and the First Lady of France gave it to Princess Diana as a gift. Princess Diana took it everywhere with her, then ordered it in each of its versions, and so a legend was born. The Lady Dior bag has inspired artists all over the world, and “Lady Dior As Seen By” displays artists’ reinterpretations of the house’s iconic bag through the use of different materials.
