Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s mega-project Neom has already established unprecedented records of inventiveness, architecture and luxury living. Skyscrapers the Mirror Line could cost US$1 trillion to build, the Wall Street Journal reported last year, while other outlets estimated the entire city may set developers back a cool US$500 billion.
