Happenings: Upholding the objective of building Macau into Asia’s top luxury travel and shopping destination, Sands Resorts Macao hosted the second Macao Fashion Week in October. The week of events started with a gala dinner at The Venetian Macao on October 17.

Partnering with French house Balmain, Sands brought several couture pieces from Paris for a dazzling runway show, preceded by a glamorous dance performance. Balmain’s creative director Olivier Rousteing greeted the audience through a video from France.
