La Gorce Island is one of the most exclusive places to live in Miami, so it makes sense that celebrities like Cher have called the area home – and now, a former CEO of Allergan, the maker of Botox, and his partner are set to move in after buying her property for US$35.35 million.
The six-bedroom house at 64 La Gorce Circle has a resort-sized pool, a sauna, a dock for your boat and more, according to the listing on Douglas Elliman.

The home is located on La Gorce Island, an exclusive area along Miami’s Biscayne Bay.
The six-bedroom home, with six bathrooms and three half-baths, was sold by Douglas Elliman.
It’s one of 30 waterfront homes on the island and has 48 metres (158 ft) of waterfront property, according to the listing.
Cher bought the home in 1993 for US$1.5 million. She spent time there until 1996, biography author Jason Larocque wrote in You Haven’t Seen the Last of Me.
