Led by chef Edmond Lam and a team of renowned chefs, Man Yuen Restaurant • Saanha presents quality Cantonese cuisine, from dim sum to roast meats and homestyle delicacies. For Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard holders, the restaurant offers a mouth-watering set lunch menu featuring a dim sum platter and a selection of Chinese roast meats, followed by dishes like roasted duck soup with conpoy, and the signature dish called King of Stir-Fried, which highlights superior ingredients such as Japanese dried shrimp and fresh prawns. The feast continues with deep-fried pork belly with caramelised pineapple; stir-fried rice noodle with dried shrimp, dried squid and egg; and the Man Yuen dessert platter. This special menu is priced at HK$600 per person, and when Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard cardholders mention the lunch offer while booking, they can take advantage of a buy two, get one free promotion.
