Rick Owens and Birkenstock’s first collaboration is almost here
German shoemaker’s new collection of sandals and socks, created with the American fashion designer, will be available from April 17
First announced back in January, American fashion designer Rick Owens’ collaborative Birkenstock sandals are nearly upon us.
Available in army felt, grain leather, suede and longhair cow fur, the Arizona, Madrid and Boston silhouettes offer a leather-lined footbed and the German brand’s usual standard of quality.
Rounding out the collection are two bespoke socks, launching along with the trio of reworked silhouettes.
The collaboration launches through all Rick Owens and Birkenstock channels on April 17; you can pre-order the sandals on Rick Owens’ website.
