Who is Roxie Nafousi, the influencer who ‘manifested’ the father of her child? She was born into wealth and used to date Harry Styles, and her book has sold more than 1 million copies

Touting the power of positive thinking, Nafousi has spoken about her struggles with mental health and drug addiction; she had a son with actor Wade Briggs and they are co-parenting post break-up
If you’ve been on social media at all recently, you’re likely to have come across the term “manifestation”. Manifestation – a term for making one’s goals reality through focused thinking – has been the poster child of wellness and self-help influencers since the term shot to fame during the Covid-19 era; and the league of manifesters around the world has only grown since.
Manifestation is no sorcery; it’s just a way of describing a means to shift one’s mindset to help one act a certain way, the better to achieve one’s goals.

Here’s what we know about her.
She’s a manifestation champion

It all started with a podcast Nafousi, 34, listened to in 2018, through which she discovered the idea of manifestation. “I became obsessed with the idea that you could use your mind to change your reality,” she told Citizen Femme in 2024 about diving headfirst into the world of self-help.
For her book, she developed a seven-step practice that involves emphasising “high-vibe” emotions – such as gratitude and happiness – instead of negative ones – such as anger or anxiety.
And according to the law of attraction, she says, the more you make room for positive thoughts and “good” energy, the more positive outcomes you’ll experience in life. It all comes down to perspective, Nafousi believes and by fine-tuning our minds to emphasise positive experiences in this way, the process of achieving goals is accelerated.
