The young model loves horse riding and worked on her family farm until she started modelling full-time at 17; she’s been dating Sprouse since 2021 but faced backlash from Riverdale fans

There’s nothing like the glitz and glam of a fashion week, and few do it better than the city of lights. Last September, French lingerie brand Etam hosted its 2024 live show at Monnaie de Paris during Paris Fashion Week, and taking centre stage was 26-year-old model Ari Fournier and her long-time boyfriend, Hollywood actor and photographer Cole Sprouse. The pair attended the show together in chic black ensembles. It was the pair’s second Paris Fashion Week outing – they’d previously attended the Rabanne show in February.

“When I’m in New York, it’s all about being understated and cool. And LA is so casual … When I’m in Paris, I just love to lean into the glam of the city. I’ve been trying to really embody that when I’m in Paris,” the model told Nylon in March 2024. Back then, she attended the Rabanne show with the Suite Life of Zack & Cody star, who she revealed was her “mentor”. She told Nylon, “I love being his plus one. I love being the supportive girlfriend, but he’s such an incredible support for me. I’m so lucky to have him.”

In September, Fournier was also seen at Ralph Lauren’s New York Fashion Week show in a ‘fit that coordinated perfectly with her man’s. He paired a white button down with a tan jacket, black trousers and a scarf around his neck, while she opted for a simple white dress with a tan belt and handbag, matching Ralph Lauren’s preppy aesthetic.

Fournier was born in Montreal and is French-Canadian. She grew up surrounded by nature on an equestrian farm and started horse riding at four. She also worked on the farm until the age of 17, which is when she started pursuing modelling as a full-time career.

Fournier fell in love with LA while in the City of Angels for work. “Los Angeles can be whatever you want it to be,” she mused in an interview with Bec + Bridge, revealing that she decided to move to LA after making friends there. She now splits her time between LA and Brooklyn.
