Sandra Bullock’s ex-husband Jesse James is splitting from his current wife – adult film actress Bonnie Rotten – and it’s getting messy
According to Us Weekly, Rotten, 31, recently filed for divorce from 55-year-old James after two years of marriage, citing November 5 as their date of separation.
“The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation,” the court documents stated. Rotten (real name Alaina Hicks) requested to retain ownership of items including her clothing, firearms, and a pet cat named Olive. Rotten has also accused James of hitting, shoving and assaulting her during their relationship, notes Us Weekly.
“I realised Jesse Gregory James’ anger was getting worse and worse,” the adult film star alleged in the filing. “To protect our baby and myself, I left home with [Bishop] and decided to file for divorce. Because of all the things he has done, I am very afraid Jesse Gregory James will cause me physical harm, cause me bodily injury or assault me.”
