Meet Elle Macpherson’s boyfriend Doyle Bramhall II, who helped make her memoir audiobook

Bramhall is a musician who’s worked with Elton John, Sheryl Crow and Questlove – and he previously dated Renee Zellweger

Macpherson recently told Australian Women’s Weekly in an exclusive interview that after her doctor suggested a mastectomy with radiation, chemotherapy, hormone therapy and breast reconstruction, she made the difficult decision not to undergo chemo. Instead, she says, she pursued “an intuitive, heart-led, holistic approach”.
Now 60, the model said about her current health status: “In traditional terms, they’d say I’m in clinical remission, but I would say I’m in utter wellness. And I am!”

Now, Macpherson has collaborated with her partner of two years, American musician Bramhall, on the audiobook version of her memoir – their first project together.
Although the pair are known to keep their relationship out of the public eye, here’s everything to know about Doyle Bramhall II.
Doyle Bramhall II is a musician

Doyle Bramhall II grew up in Austin, Texas, with what his website describes as “music coursing through his blood”.
His father, Doyle Bramhall Sr, was a drummer in a band with blues rock guitarist Jimmie Vaughan, and later worked with his brother Stevie Ray Vaughan and other legendary musicians of the time, including Freddie King and Lightnin’ Hopkins.
