Leah Remini and her husband of 21 years, Angelo Pagán, are calling it quits.
As revealed in a joint Instagram post last Thursday, the former couple are divorcing after more than two decades of marriage and 28 years of being together – but it seems they’ve ended on good terms.
“This decision came after a lot of thought and care, and as hard as divorce is, we are approaching this with a positive outlook because we know it’s what’s best for us,” Remini stated in the caption, alongside two photos of them together.
The long statement continues with Remini talking about how they’ve been best friends for years and will still be “celebrating holidays together, watching our favourite TV shows together, and gathering as a family”.

Angelo Pagán’s background
Like his ex Remini, Pagán is a native to New York City, per People. He was born and raised in the Bronx with his five siblings and supports his hometown’s New York Knicks, according to the outlet. The same article adds that Pagán’s family has roots in Puerto Rico.
