- Along the way, Serhant’s made over US$8 billion in sales, had a big fat Greek wedding, welcomed a daughter, wrote several books, created a bestselling online course, and hosted a podcast
Real estate reality TV has been on the rise for some time now – and few stars are better suited for the genre than Ryan Serhant, who starred in the hit Bravo show Million Dollar Listing New York.

The reality TV veteran managed to breathe some life into Owning Manhattan, eking out two stars from The Guardian; the publication gave Buying London a no-holds-barred zero-star review. In general, the New York City-based show has been met with a more positive response than its London-based counterpart, entering Netflix’s Top 10 global chart. That’s not to say that the task of shouldering his own TV show has been easy. In an interview, Serhant told Access Hollywood that filming Owning Manhattan was “the most stressed out I’ve ever been in my life”.

Here’s what we know about the face of Owning Manhattan, who has a net worth of US$40 million, per Celebrity Net Worth, has closed over US$8 billion in sales, and compared selling a house to “going on a first date” to the Houston Chronicle.
