Is PrettyLittleThing an ethical brand?

Both Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing have been heavily criticised over the years for their contributions to the harmful cycle of fast fashion. In one interview with Vogue Arabia, Kamani is quoted as saying he “[doesn’t] agree with the definition of fast fashion as throwaway or disposable simply because of its price”. Nevertheless, the company continues to spark backlash for its practices and reportedly has low sustainability score ratings.
