Milo Yiannopoulos, a right-wing influencer and rapper Kanye West’s chief of staff, has made headlines yet again, this time for firing well-known talent manager Julieanna Goddard, best known as YesJulz.

But the businesswoman had none of it, launching a scathing attack on Yiannopoulos in a slew of online posts.

Here’s what you need to know about the blow-up and why Yiannopoulos keeps making headlines.
So what happened between Milo Yiannopoulos and YesJulz?

Talent manager and entrepreneur YesJulz had a dramatic fallout out with team Yeezy, notably Yiannopoulos, following claims that she had several “NDA violations” by communicating with West’s fan base online, amounting to a staggering US$8 million in damages, per Complex.
Ye’s Instagram account announced that YesJulz was not going to be part of the Vultures project roll-out, writing, “All the activity on her page and with our fans in the past few days has been unauthorised.”
However, YesJulz alleged that Yiannopoulos has “access to and has been posting from Ye’s IG”, which is where the news of her firing was posted. She also received an email from Yiannopoulos that explained her charges and fines, and added, “obviously, you are fired”, per UK media.
The 1AM Media founder later responded by posting captures of conversations and emails to show her side of the story. She also addressed her time with Ye and his team in more than 50 Snapchat updates, even answering fan questions.
